They are seeking to restructure, expand and develop their company goals and to offer a world class engineering and PMC Service to the exciting new mega infrastructure projects in the Kingdom.
They are therefore seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to drive the Group’s expansion and revenue growth by strategically identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities. This involves cultivating partnerships, acquiring new clients, retaining and cross-selling, and penetrating new markets. The role also includes supporting the group in implementing BD plans, managing new business pipelines, sharing sector knowledge, and collaborating with partners and stakeholders to represent the group externally. MAIN ROLE
• Lead the business development & marketing strategies, plans and projects with priority on the provision of the General Engineering and PMC Service to Saudi Aramco, SABIC and the proponents of the mega infrastructure projects in the Kingdom such as NEOM, Red Sea, Saudi Sevens, New Murraba and other high-profile projects under Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund.
• Identify and organise networking, profile-raising and team collaboration opportunities.
• Take the lead on group-wide initiatives and projects in business development, collaborating directly with executive management. This includes delivering progress reports and outcomes to leadership.
• Proactively offer guidance to the team on the best practices, strategies, and techniques in business development.
• Identify training needs for the team on pitching and sales skills to provide and plan BD training.
• Support the group and Finance team in tender/proposal.
• Support group in post-win client development and retention.
• Collaborate effectively across the organisation group
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Candidates should have:-
• Degree-level education in relevant subjects (engineering, sales, marketing, etc).
• Knowledge of marketing / BD processes for professional services.
• Understanding of new business/marketing processes in the engineering and infrastructure development sector and emerging technologies.

They are currently seeking a Planning & Scheduling Engineer to be based in Saudi Arabia for Oil and Gas Projects. The purpose of this position is to focus and bring together the best technical experts and technologies to successfully deliver the project.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Planning & Scheduling Engineer is responsible for implementing Company policies, systems and procedures.
- Develop Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contract.
- The planning and scheduling Engineer is responsible for developing FEED and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) schedule.
- Ability to update a schedule.
- Recommend solutions or recovery plans to schedule/Cost impact.
- Account for and record delays to the schedule and to analyze the impacts of those delays.
- Analyze variances in schedule performance against the plan, and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management.
- Aware of all steps needed in the EPC process, the permitting process, the development/release/award of bid packages, the tracking of long lead procurement items and material, the actual construction of the project, and finally the steps need to commission and closeout the project.
- Full understanding of the physical parameters, codes, laws, customs, and neighbours of where the project is going to be constructed.
Preferred Qualification:
- Possess practical experience in the use of the automated schedule management system namely Primavera P6.
- Experience in development and execution of FEED schedule.

They are currently seeking a PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEER to be responsible for the Conceptual, Pre-FEED study from the concept to detailed engineering. They are currently seeking a MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER – ROTATING EQUIPMENT located in Ireland, preferably working full time in the office five days per week. Or there is a possibility to work hybrid depending on personal circumstances.
Candidates preferably should have a Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent and have at least 5 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, ie. Gas Processing & LNG Industry, ARAMCO FEED project experience will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
· To provide specialist rotating equipment input to conceptual studies and detailed design for Oil & Gas project developments.
· Develop technical specifications for rotating equipment’s according to the project standards
· Perform engineering design works for all the rotating equipment.
· Reviewing client’s technical requirements and specifications and incorporate into project designs.
· Troubleshooting of rotating equipment manufacturing issue and other plant problems.
· Investigate causes of equipment failure. Develop repair methods and design changes to improve equipment reliability.
· Planned and witnessed major rotating equipment inspections and overhauls based on equipment reliability.
· Develop preventative maintenance strategies.
· Develop Piping and Instrument Diagrams for the rotating equipment and highlight any discrepancy and take a corrective action.
· Quality Assurance Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Oil & Gas Business Unit
· Safety Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Oil & Gas Business Unit. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Advantageous Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
· Undertake electrical systems design, includes HV, MV and LV power systems, normal/emergency lighting systems, Earthing & Lightning Protection layouts, schematics, calculations, reports, and specifications.

· Contribute to the sustainable design initiative within the company with close attention to energy management, design for sustainability and implementation of sustainable design technologies.
· Awareness on sustainable design practices and technologies.
· Managing other professionals on a project basis (engineers, BIM/CAD technicians, and support staff) and ensuring that work produced is to the required quality, produced on time.
· Suggest modifications to develop and design to enhance quality.
· Develop engineering projects analysis to include preliminary design, calculations, budget analysis, life cycle costs plus equipment selection.
Technical and Business Skills
· Saudi Aramco project experience will be advantageous

They are currently seeking an OFFSHORE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER as a Technical Advisor – Offshore Structural, supporting the Lead Engineer related preparation of engineering deliverables within the assigned scope. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design basis, material and construction specifications
- Independently perform engineering analyses for operational (inservice) phase (inplace, seismic), non-operational phase (loadout, transportation, lifting) and accidental phase (blast, fire, dropped object).
- Perform detailed design of equipment supports, access platforms etc.
- Review analyses/ calculations performed by others, provide technical guidance and proactively resolve any discrepancies
- The work will involve liaising with other disciplines, client and 3rd party contractors and coordinating and working with project team members across global offices to deliver the tasks within allotted timelines and budgets.
Requirements:
- Engineering Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent
- Minimum experience of 5 – 15 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, having excellent technical and practical engineering skills and able to consistently deliver on quality and schedule.
- Primavera P6 experience.
- Proficient user of SESAM GENIE and SESAM suite of software a prerequisite.
- Proficiency to perform non-linear FEA using ABAQUS and USFOS is desirable.

CONTROLS COMMISSIONING ENGINEER – GERMANY
Our client is seeking a CONTROLS COMMISSIONING ENGINEER for an Automobile Manufacturing Project in Berlin, Germany.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead day to day activities according to his/her area of assigned responsibilities following the execution plan.
• Monitor construction activities in preparation to executing commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with appointed 3rd party contractors upcoming walk downs and completion of punch items prior to scheduled walk downs.
• Ensure that installation is according to Company design standards and vendor guidelines
.
· Carry out field verification of items such as:
o Electrical and electromechanical components such as valves, solenoids, circuit breakers, starters, and VFDs.
o Instrument lists for components like actuators, sensors, etc., and location plans.
o LV AC Power and LV DC weak power systems generation and distribution plans.
o Networking topologies and network detailed drawings.
o Instruments at mechanical installation with wiring details.
o Layouts of control panels with single lines, wiring diagrams, definition, dimensioning and positioning of components.
· Power, Control and Communication cables definition and lists
· Carries out controls testing including configuration of instrumentation, control valves and VFDs
· Carries out loop checks and functional testing.
· Troubleshoot control logic on PLCs and make code modifications as necessary.
· Carries out control panel commissioning checks during loop and functional checks
Key requirements:
· 5+ years’ experience working with control systems including hands on experience with instrumentation, control valves and VFDs.
· Proficient making code changes on PLCs such as Siemens TIA Portal
· Proficient with communication protocols such as Modbus TCP/RTU and Profinet.
· Ideally familiar with utility systems such chillers, boilers, cooling towers and compressors

Candidates should have academic credentials, qualified to degree level, and have experience of Cloud-PLANT 3D, REBased Tools, Engineering Design Software programs such as: PLANT 3D, REVIT, NAVISWORKS, BIM 360, CAESAR, ETAP, DIALUX or similar.
